I was looking for a prescription for a pill to delay my period due to my upcoming wedding, which is the day before.
When Dr. Martins joined the call, she had clearly read my message and was able to repeat back what my needs were; she'd checked out the prescription I'd mentioned hearing of and did the necessary checks as well as talking me through how to take it safely.
When she sent the prescription, she explained that she was sending a prescription for a different medication because the one we discussed was not available, but that this was the equivalent and then explained how to take it safely. Super efficient, very friendly, personable.
